Cancellation Policy

At Goldenize Beauty & Aesthetics Ltd, we value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure that our appointment scheduling runs smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Booking Fee: A £20 booking fee is required for laser treatments however other services require a 50% booking fee is required upon booking an appointment. This fee serves as a deposit to secure your appointment slot and will be deducted from the total cost of your services. 2. Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time or if you do not show up for your appointment, the booking fee will be retained by the salon as a cancellation fee. 4. Rebooking: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time, subject to availability. 5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
